Configure your Email

You can edit email templates very flexibly. Not only the message body, but you can also edit message header fields as well.

An email action can be used to send an email to ANYONE after your form is submitted by a user. Simply use a different “To” email address to send to an admin, a user, or anyone else who needs a copy of the form submission.

TO

The email address this action will send to.  You can type an email address manually, or use the [form-tags] syntax to add a field from the form (such as the users email) to send the message to.

FROM

Set the sender email address here. You can use [form-tags] in this field. This field value should be an email address or name that belongs to the same domain as the web site.

SUBJECT

Set the subject of the message here. You can use [form-tags] in this field.

MESSAGE

This is the message body; you can embed [form-tags] anywhere in this field.

Adding only fields that contain data to the email message. you only want fields to appear that the user has completed an entry for: You can copy the form-tags to the field.
